Overview:

Under occasional supervision, assists in performing and leading assigned crew in monitoring, maintenance and repair of rides, vehicles and equipment as assigned.   Performs related duties as required.

How You'll Make A Difference:

• Leads assigned crew in monitoring, maintenance, inspection, troubleshoots, and repair of ride and facility electronic/electrical equipment and systems to ensure efficient and safe operation at all times.  Directs, supervises, and train subordinates as assigned
• Supervises subordinate crew members.  Supervisory duties include scheduling, instruction, assigning, reviewing and planning work of others, maintaining standards, coordinating activities, allocating personnel, and action on employee problems. 
• Assists in reviewing the work of subordinates for effectiveness; assists in evaluating and making recommendations as appropriate; Ability to demonstrate experience with electronic, mechanical, and electrical work and assist others as needed.
• Notify maintenance of equipment problems, building repairs, etc. necessary to ensure safe and efficient operation. Utilize soldering and hand/power tools to perform tasks and repairs as needed.
• Assists Manager, Tech Services, in preparing department budget.  Assists with ordering parts and materials as needed, ensuring compliance with the budgetary allocations.  Assists in maintaining adequate inventory.
• Ensures the proper maintenance and safe operating condition of all assigned equipment.  Assists in conducting safety meetings and safety inspections of equipment.  Receives and responds to inquiries, concerns and complaints from associates and guests regarding ride safety and maintenance.
• Assists in receiving, reviewing, preparing and/or maintaining/processing maintenance reports, equipment check sheets, performance appraisals, time sheets, attendance records, safety records/reports, hazardous material forms, charts, ride verification forms, inspection records, ride modification forms, ride audits, downtime reports, service bulletins, work orders, requisitions, schedules, various other reports, records, etc.

 

 

We're Looking For:

• Ability to demonstrate knowledge of industrial electrical, hydraulics and pneumatic systems. 
• Ability to use meters, gauges, measuring devices, cutting torch, mechanic's tools, carpentry tools, various other hand and power tools, etc.
