Reiter Dairy has an immediate job opening for a Fleet Maintenance Clerk.   • Answers phone including fielding questions, re-directing calls and taking messages.
  • Communicates with other departments, to answer questions, and explain information.
  • Maintains vehicle files to uphold DOT Compliance.
  • Maintains and controls parts inventory for accuracy.
  • Assist Manager with reporting and data entry.
  • Utilize company maintenance software to monitor and report preventative maintenance schedules, assist in purchasing and receiving data entry
  • Assist with fuel reporting, invoicing and data entry.
  • Assist Regional Fleet Managers and Fleet Maintenance Manager as needed.
  • Other administrative duties as assigned.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent and 2 to 4 years related experience and/or training preferred.
  • Knowledge of standard software applications; such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
  • Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 25/60 pounds and assist others when lifting is required.
  • Must be able to operate a computer, phone and other office equipment.
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours including overtime, weekends and holidays.
  • Be able to effectively work in a team environment.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Must be able to pass all pre-employment screens (including drug, background and criminal checks).
