A dynamic boutique law firm in Tampa is seeking a highly skilled Legal Assistant to join their team. As a Legal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting their attorneys and contributing to the success of their firm.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to attorneys in first party property case
• Schedule hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings
• Prepare and e-file documents in State and Federal courts
• Manage and maintain accurate records and files
• Collaborate with attorneys to prepare legal documents and materials
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant in first party property cases
• Proficiency in scheduling and e-filing in State and Federal courts
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

• This is an entirely in-office role (no remote work)
