PURPOSE: This position will provide financial guidance and analysis for both the Cleveland-based Automation business and the Environmental business with operations primarily based in Orville, OH. For both business units, this role will liaise and collaborate with management, Finance peers, and company staff across all levels on matters pertaining to financial performance.

This position is classified as Hybrid with travel (less than 25%).

JOB DESCRIPTION (DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES)

• Own and steer improvements in monthly Financial Reporting
• Drive and support the Lincoln Business Systems (LBS) reporting processes
• Provide direct oversight to operations in Cleveland and Orville on financial matters
• Streamline reporting and analysis packages for Automotive and Environmental businesses
• Lead continuous improvement in quality of financial data in and from SAP
• Work with business leaders to ensure accurate and timely forecasts
• Be an active member of the business unit executive management team
• Give sound financial analysis to management and operations stakeholders
• Partner with the business to validate and execute strategic projects
• Test business processes in and out of Finance and recommend improvements
• Advise cross-functionally to improve in matters of inventory and working capital
• Support Global Shared Services on Internal Audit, FCPA, SOX and compliance requirements
• Some travel required on an as-needed basis
• Assumes additional responsibilities as needed or directed in support of the Company's 2025 Strategy.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

• 5 or more years of experience in business analysis; excellent analytical skills; strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• University Degree: Bachelors in Accounting, Economics or related field
• Experience with SAP Project Systems preferred or other recognized ERP software
• Experience with Business Warehouse preferred or other Business Intelligence software
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, Excel in particular
