Job Description:

Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare, proof-read and edit employee communication materials, including presentations, intranet content, Slack posts and emails
  • Contribute to the internal communications editorial calendar
  • Identify and develop engaging content to post to team SharePoint intranet sites and build out team community
  • Analyze internal communications metrics to measure effectiveness of communications
  • Partner on events and meetings, including agenda development, content creation, logistics and post-meeting communications

Skill Requirements
  • Organized, impeccable attention to detail; strong interpersonal skills
  • Undergraduate student with 1-2 years of writing and editing experience
  • Team player who is willing to pitch in on a variety of projects
  • Strong project management skills; deadline driven and able to juggle multiple tasks and priorities
  • Must be a proficient writer and proofreader with knowledge of the fundamentals of writing, grammar, syntax, AP Style, and punctuation
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment while maintaining a positive attitude, sense of humor, curiosity and a desire to learn
  • Microsoft Office skill (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) skills a plus

Internship Program Information and Requirements
  • This is a Summer 2022 Internship program. Spring and Fall 2022 internships are not available at this time.
  • Recruitment and application consideration will be on a continuous basis throughout early Winter 2022.
  • Must currently be pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Communications, Finance, Accounting or related fieldsfrom an accredited college or university.
  • Must be returning to school in the Fall of 2022.
  • Must reside in the U.S. during the Summer internship program.
  • Must be able to obtain authorization to work in the U.S. for the summer.
