Finance & Accounting BCforward is currently seeking highly Corporate Accountant for a remote mode location. Job Title: Corporate Accountant,Job Type: Long term Location: Remote Remote candidates acceptable - must work within Eastern Time zone business hoursThis person will need to provide timely and accurate accounting of various balance sheet accounts and associated expenses while satisfying internal control and audit requirements. This person will also work closely with the Controller on strategic projects. Tasks can include but are not limited to cash, fixed assets, lease accounting, and fielding questions from accounting team in India.Professional Qualifications:

• 2+ years accounting finance experience - required
• BS/BA degree in accounting - required
• FASB/GAAP research - required
• Proficiency in Excel essential - required
• CPA/MBA with Big 4 or national public accounting experience - preferred
• Exposure to a major ERP system (i.e. SAP, Oracle, etc.) - preferred
• Flexible, adaptable and hands on approach
