FIELD TECHNICIAN
One of The Select Groups' TOP healthcare clients is looking for a Field Technician to join their team in the central Ohio area. The client is in the process of filing for PCI compliance so, they are going to need thousands of devices to be compliant for PCI. This resource will be responsible for inventory management of devices around central Ohio and must have experience in doing so.
FIELD TECHNICIAN REQUIREMENTS
- Field Technician support experience
- This candidate will be going from location to location for the client to scan items, interact with end users, manage devices and help bring them online in order to be PCI compliant
- Customer Service Mindset
- This person will need to be able to work with end users and interact with other employees
- Has reliable transportation
- This individual will need to be able to travel to and from the client locations (mileage will be reimbursed)
The Field Technician is responsible for installation, support, inventory, system enhancements and management of networked and non-networked hardware i.e. desktops, printers, and peripherals. Installation, support, inventory and management of local system applications. Assisting with the deployment and maintenance of service level agreements with appropriate reporting and documentation of support. All other duties as assigned.
