POSITION SUMMARY
To ensure all operational, maintenance, and customer service needs are met on a daily basis. Ensure compliance with all Federal, State, Local, Company rules/regulations, and policies associated with all assigned areas placed under his/her authority. As needed he will perform routine checks of water and/or wastewater treatment facilities; monitor and train staff in all aspects of system functions and safety. Take on temporary responsibilities as area manager, during the managers' absence. Assist in all areas of operations, maintenance, and customer service as needed for all facility systems within the company.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: Requires knowledge normally acquired through attainment of a High School Diploma or GED plus job-related skills and technical knowledge of water and wastewater operations and maintenance attained by specialized course and on-the-job training.
Experience: Requires a minimum of three years supervisory experience and five years directly related to water and/or wastewater system operations, maintenance, customer service, and prefer experience operating back-hoe and/or track-hoe equipment.
Certificates & Licenses
Minimum Requirement: A class C Water and Wastewater Certification issued by the TCEQ [S1]
Driver's License: Valid Texas Class A CDL preferred
Computer Skills
Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) required, attainable through education/training and/or on-the-job training.
