POSITION PURPOSE

This position is for a hybrid role that supports the, Energy Market Advisory, Business Development (BD) and Energy Management groups at Veolia North America. The position will include learning the teams' current practices and then support developing strategies to expand our services to existing and potential customers.

The position will be a five day a week, full time, and require 3 days a week in our NYC office located at 370 7th Avenue.

PRIMARY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review the existing customer base in Veolia's proprietary EMSYS platform, Salesforce, and storage drives to identify opportunities for customers to benefit from our Energy Advisory Services.
• Develop a prospect list based on the model for existing customers.
• Review prospect databases to assist in creating a marketing plan for the BD team to generate new connections.
• Develop Excel-based applications to support Energy Markets and BD teams to track progress on sales targets.
• Create marketing materials for the BD team.
• Attend various team meetings and provide updates.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly curious and willingness to learn
• Interest in energy/energy markets
• Proficiency with Excel (formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
• Self-starter; motivated and dynamic team player
