Your Role:

The Facilities Manager is responsible for a small team of mechanics and engineers focused on the maintenance, reliability, and improvement of our facility in Kankakee, IL.

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent industrial experience including maintenance leadership, capital planning and execution, Process Safety Managed systems maintenance.
• 10+ years of experience in maintenance leadership in an ISO9001 quality system.
• 5+ years of experience leading Six Sigma and capital project efforts

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining process control automation
• Provide end-customer support including design applications, guidance concerning code and process issues, safety, and other related matters.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams outside of the Engineering and Maintenance Department for planning, development, and other communication involving regular and special projects. Also confers with outside agencies/government representatives/vendors to address statutory requirements, constructions codes, etc.
