We are searching for a Temporary Executive Assistant to provide confidential administrative support to executives, ensuring smooth office operations and client interactions. Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and communications. Handle inquiries, prepare presentations and reports, manage projects, and oversee office needs. Maintain data integrity and perform other assigned duties.

Location: DTLA 90071 (in office)

Payrate: $40-$50 an hour

Hours: 8am - 5pm M-F

Duration: 3-6 months

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate complex executive meetings, travel, and teleconferences.
  • Maintain executive's calendar and Outlook database.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications.
  • Assist with presentation preparation and report summarization.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects.
  • Track expenses and manage department subscriptions.
  • Handle general office tasks and liaise with IT for equipment needs.
  • Respond to routine correspondence independently.
  • Ensure compliance with data standards.
  • Perform other assigned tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective leadership, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to confidently interact with executive-level clients and associates.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Skilled in interfacing with internal and external executives.
