EverCommerce is looking for a People Operations Associate to help us grow and scale our business. This person will be part of the People Operations team (you might know us as HR) and be a champion of EverCommerce culture. Our customers are every EverCommerce employee and our goal is to deliver a top-notch employee experience at every interaction. We have grown from 80 to 2,000 employees both organically and through acquisition in the past five years, and we're growing our People Ops team as we scale.

In this role you will report to the VP of People Operations and managing a number of things that will keep the employee experience running smoothly, supporting a distributed team of People Ops Business Partners This is a wonderful career opportunity for someone who is looking to learn about People Operations at a company experiencing massive employee growth.

Where:

The EverCommerce team is distributed across North America, with more than 40 office locations in the U.S. and Canada. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. While our preference would be to find someone local to Denver, this role can be based anywhere in the United States - if you're close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage a central inbox, answering employee and manager questions via email about People Ops programs, policies, and other People-related items; you'll triage employee inquiries and connect to the right subject matter expert
  • Prepare documents, make updates within our existing systems.
  • Prepare regular reporting, work on keeping data clean and up to date
  • Offer support with projects like prepping and pushing out our twice-yearly company wide survey
  • Assist in managing our office booking software
  • Help new hires ramp up: schedule onboarding meetings, complete I9s, and help new hires navigate through required trainings
  • Collaborate with People Operations team to identify and opportunities to scale our operations.
  • Create an atmosphere of trust by protecting confidential information and navigating thorny situations with ease
  • Ad-hoc projects-this is a many hats kind of role on a small team where everyone pitches in to do what's needed

Skills & Requirements
  • Extraordinary professionalism, off the chart attention to detail, and ability to untangle complex problems
  • Ability to multitask, execute while wearing many hats, and meet deadlines on a daily basis
  • Positive attitude approaching any task no matter how big/small
  • Flexibility: a fast-paced environment makes you feel energized, not stressed out
  • 2+ years in an employee or customer facing role

Nice to Haves (but not required):
  • Bachelor's degree in HR is a plus
  • Workday experience
  • Experience supporting teams remotely
  • SaaS experience is a plus
  • Being located in Colorado with the ability to occasionally work on projects in the Denver office would be a plus

Compensation: The target base salary for this position is $45,000-$60,000 per year in Colorado and most remote areas. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
