- Scheduling road repairs ,in shop repairs, preventative maintenance
- Work closely with the parts department to order parts and coordinate pickup or delivery
- Work with local supervisors to prioritize repairs needed
- Audit mechanics repair orders to ensure labor and parts are scanned out accordingly
- Keep track of in shop and in field mechanics in the localized area
- Report, schedule and forecast repairs and maintenance on a daily basis to the fleet manager
- Position is based out of our Dorchester, MA headquarters and requires travel to service areas in the Worcester/Springfield, MA region several times per week using a company vehicle
