Enterprise Services Coordinator - 100% REMOTE

The Select Group is currently hiring an Enterprise Services Coordinator to join one of our top clients in the Telecommunications sector. Our ideal candidate has excellent customer facing experience and great communication skills.

Work Location: Remote

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Duration: 6 months with intent to hire

Enterprise Services Coordinator Must - Have Skills:

• Excellent customer facing & communication skills
  • Need to demonstrate great professionalism with you on Screening Call
  • Communicating with external FRP vendor partners - sending follow up emails and calendar requests
  • Communicating with FRP internal customers (Merger and acquisition teams)

• Data Entry OR Admin type of background
  • 1-3 years' experience
  • Data Entry experience needed - Entering user information into the clients' management systems
  • Administrative experience needed - Calendar invites, taking meeting notes, keeping management on track with migration tasks

• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office and Excel Skills

• Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail

Day to Day Responsibilities:
In this role, the individual will be taught how to do this role.
- Completing configurations for migration activity
- Adding users into the clients' database, following a detailed checklist
- Setting up & creating reports in Database
- Ad-Hoc migration activity and project related work
