JOB DESCRIPTION

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Inventory all assets in warehouse and load into CMMS system.
• Maintain excel spreadsheets of inventory that coincide with CMMS.
• Breakdown of obsolete assets to maintain usable components for future needs.
• Ship spare parts to plants when needed.
• Receive parts and place in inventory following prescribed process.
• Collaborate with plants to ensure spare parts are replaced in a timely manner.
• Operate forklift to arrange parts in warehouse racking.
• Manage housekeeping and consumables for engineering tech center.
• Coordinate training events with Director of Reliability to include scheduling and meal accommodations with Director of Reliability
• Fabrication work utilizing welder, lathe, milling machine and drill press.
• Travel as needed to help support Reliability Team on Machine Rebuild projects.
• Timely completion of all training required for assigned tasks

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Forklift license with minimum of 5 years' experience
• Ability to use Microsoft Office at basic level, including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Experience with CMMS software(s)
• Basic mechanical aptitude
• At least one year experience Welding and Machining
• Experience with SAP preferred
• Working knowledge of HIPPO and EMaint preferred
