Job Description

Primary Function of Position:

 

The Endoluminal Market Development Representative will work with the Endoluminal Sales Manager team to accelerate the adoption of ION technology in a defined area through sales of ION capital equipment. You will build and execute key market development strategies focused on driving incremental new customer growth and will play a pivotal role in building ION physician advocates through expert level clinical validation activities.  You must have a strong history of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, communicating at a high level and aligning skills across teams.  

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

·       Play a pivotal role in accelerating the current ION sales cycle and decision making by supporting the Endoluminal Sales Managers through key capital sales process activities.

·       Build clinical support through technical presentations, peer to peer marketing events, system test drives and case observations.

·       Develop key market develop strategies for peer to peer engagements and increased market awareness

·       Cross-functional collaboration across teams

·       Extensive travel. 

 

 

Performance Objectives: 

·       Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets/MBO's.

·       Work with the Endoluminal Sales Director and Managers to develop a sales plan for the defined territory that expands the current base sales metrics per ESM territory.

·       Grow ION market share across key markets

Qualifications

Qualifications Required:

·       Medical sales experience 

·       Knowledge of the endoscopy/bronchoscopy/operating room environment

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·       Computer literate

·        

Qualifications Preferred:

·       Capital medical equipment sales
