Employee Experience Team

Chegg's Employee Experience team is seeking a summer intern to provide event, marketing, and communication coordination and support to the team whose goal is to create a vibrant employee experience from onboarding to offboarding.

Responsibilities:

• Manage program coordination balancing different timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
• Assist in project planning and mapping out the annual employee experience calendar.
• Coordinate event marketing for marquee internal events, including Chegg Leadership Week planning.
• Capture, edit, and compile content for events to be shown across various mediums.
• Build, edit, and maintain company intranet pages.
• Write communications and draft announcements and calendar invites to help drive engagement in company events and activities.
• Support employee recognition programs (as needed).
• Support internal and external communications for Chegg's internship program.
• Manage meeting logistics for live and virtual events.
• Assist in the creation of Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoints.
• Assist in project management of Employee Experience programs.
• Other administration, research, and coordination duties as necessary.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree from a four-year, accredited college or university
• Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite; including Excel
• Willingness to learn and an enthusiasm for people
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to interact and work with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize work
• Ability to stay focused but be flexible
