Electrical Project Manager If you are an Electrical Project Executive with Commercial, Multi-Family and/or Industrial experience, please read on!

Based in Las Vegas, we are a construction company working on a multi-million dollar electrical projects across the country and we're looking for an experienced Project Executive to oversee projects!
What You Will Be Doing Managing multiple projects at various stages, managing the bid process, analyze blueprints/specifications, review proposals/project requirements, secure required permits/utility services, coordinate materials procurement, ensure compliance with corporate policies and federal/state laws, provide status updates and maintain documentation records, material requisition, submittal compilation, purchase orders, on-site job walk-throughs, change orders request for information, pay application support and close-out documents.
What You Need for this Position - 10+ years of Project Executive experience
- Commercial, Institutional and Industrial electrical experience
- Ability to drive profitability and review contracts
- Experience managing projects $5m+
- Knowledge of all aspects (technology, equipment, methods, etc.)
- Coordinate with the project managers
