Large A/E firm growing our San Diego and San Francisco offices. Looking for a Level 4 Electrical Engineer.
What You Will Be Doing - Building concepts, documenting schematics, construction administration with discipline
- Level 4 is expected to coordinate with Supervisor in project development and performance
- Proficient knowledge: Power Distribution, Lighting and Controls, Fire Alarm, Specification writing and editing
- Energy conservation, sustainability/report technical writing
- Be the Project Discipline Team Leader on large, complex projects when assigned
- Direct and oversee project team members in their own discipline
- Level 4 is responsible for monitoring and executing team compliance with project budget
- Prepare and monitor project status reports
- Work with Electrical Engineering leader, prepare Man-hour Estimates
- Prepare and document required code research for project
- Develop project cost model and design
- Develop maintain project Electrical Basis of Design Journal
- Conduct material and product research as required for project development
What You Need for this Position - Bachelors Degree
- Professional License required
- LEED Accredited preferred
- 6 years in A/E industry
- Short circuit (EDSA, SKM or other analytical modeling software)
- CADD/BIM literate
- Knowledge of: Power Distribution, Lighting & Controls, Fire Alarm
