Job Description Summary
As a key member of the Global Occupier Services (GOS) EHS Group, the role supports the internal strategy on a key client account. The EHS Specialist supports regulatory requirements, client EHS programs, Service Level Agreements, policies, and initiatives are integrated into client operations. Supports Cushman & Wakefield leadership to ensure strategic EHS initiatives are integrated into operations.
Job Description

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Provide EHS professional support to the client's Westford, MA site.
  • Participates in support activities that have the potential to cause an EHS impact.
  • Organizes EHS processes/programs for client staff.
  • Administers processes in alignment with the client's EHS Management System.
  • Identifies risk associated with the management of client's contractors.
  • Collaborates to ensure state and federal regulatory requirements are implemented in accordance with the client's existing programs.
  • Participates in investigations of EHS non-conformances and prepares corrective action plans.
  • Implements Cushman & Wakefield EHS Corporate processes and systems.
  • Implements the Cushman & Wakefield EHS software platforms.
REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES:
  • Bachelor of Science degree is required. Specialization in Occupational Safety and Health, Engineering or Environmental Sciences is preferred.
  • Requires 3 years of experience within the EHS profession.
  • Knowledge of Environmental, Occupational Health, regulations (OSHA/EPA).
  • Ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to leverage office systems such as Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, etc.
  • The ability to travel (approximately 5%).
  • Candidates with the ability obtain Professional Certifications (CSP, ASP, CHST etc.) are desirable.
