Your experience, knowledge and great skills will support the Electronic Health Record Department with the following:

• Identifying areas of training concerns and producing the proper tools, documents, syllabus and schedule to provide a solution.
• Working with a team to identify, document and implement process improvement and areas of concern.
• Working with other EHR staff members to provide user support and training.
• Developing and documenting policies and procedures related to EHR software application updates/changes.
• Assisting with the evaluation of software and related technology.
• Assisting in assuring EHR applications & software meet the needs and requirements of users and the organization.
• Working with IS Staff on user requests for report creation, bug fixes, training and any other user needs.
• Managing communication and providing accurate consistent reporting to other departments, managers and the executive team regarding employee system training, software status, issues and concerns.

What are we looking for in an Electronic Health Record Analyst?

• High School Diploma or GED (required) OR Bachelor's (preferred).
• Experience working with Information Technology (required).
• Have a Driver's license and the ability to travel between agency locations. (required)
• Skill in working with groups to build consensus. ( preferred)
• Ability to exercise flexibility. (preferred)
• Manages time effectively and efficiently. (required)
• Ability to work a flexible range of hours and to be available for off hour support as needed. (preferred)
• Exceptional communication skills, both technical and non-technical. (preferred)
• Exceptional customer relationship skills. (preferred)
• Good problem-solving skills. (preferred)
• Must be detail orientated and highly organized. (required)
• Training experience (preferred)
• Carelogic EHR experience (preferred)
• Healthcare billing and clinical practice knowledge in behavioral health (preferred)
