As an Education Events Specialist, you will be vital in planning, coordinating, and executing various medical education events and programs. Your primary responsibility will be to create engaging and informative experiences for healthcare professionals. You will collaborate with world-class clinicians to develop event strategies, manage logistics, and ensure the smooth execution of events. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for education.

This position requires a hybrid work arrangement with a regular in-person presence at our Page Mill office and on Stanford Campus. A typical schedule would be:
Candidates for this position must commute from within the Stanford Work Location Region: Santa Clara, San Mateo, San Francisco, Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, Sonoma, Solano, and Santa Cruz.

Bachelor's degree and three years of relevant experience or combination of education and relevant experience.

Physical Requirements:
This position is a hybrid role.Our hybrid employees go into the office once a week and can work from home when not preparing for and staffing any in-person activities.Our events take place across the Stanford Campus, local hotels, or destination locations. As a result, physical mobility and the ability to navigate from one place to another quickly is very important. Moreover, light lifting of conference materials will be required, up to 20 lbs.

The expected pay range for this position is $77,000 to $91,000 per annum.
Stanford University provides pay ranges representing its good faith estimate of what the university reasonably expects to pay for a position. The pay offered to a selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal equity, geographic location and external market pay for comparable jobs.
