RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a eCommerce Product Manager in San Diegom CA.Key Responsibilities:
  • eCommerce Product Manager will set ambitious and clear product vision and communicate it effectively to stakeholders and the organization (e.g., brands, IT, marketing)
  • Own and drive end-to-end e-commerce and content product roadmap; create the vision, set the strategy and requirements, prioritize complex deliverables, drive requirements discussions and identify key technology and solution gaps
  • Shepard products through development, testing and launch, advocating to achieve the best outcomes
  • eCommerce Product Manager will work cross-functionally with brand, marketing, design, development, engineering, merchandising and customer service teams from development through testing and launch
  • Identify and understand local requirements / needs (e.g., data privacy)
  • As a eCommerce Product Manager, you will translate business requirements and user needs into user stories and user testing/acceptance criteria
  • Build and maintain sprint backlog for commerce and content
  • Facilitate release planning with stakeholders as well as sprint demos


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Understanding of eCommerce and Content platforms and capabilities
  • Agile / digital experience
  • Experienced in facilitating agile ceremonies, managing a backlog/release plan, tracking team level metrics, removing blockers (burndown chart, release burn up, etc.)
  • Deep experience leading with teams in an agile setting
  • Strong leader, collaborator, team player, and individual contributor
  • Strong communication skills with comfort in speaking with business stakeholders
  • Strong problem solver with ability to manage and lead the team to push the solution and progress
