Benchmark Human Services, a national leader committed to providing quality services to individuals with disabilities, is hiring! We are actively seeking a Program Director to manage all operational functions of it's early intervention program in Virginia. Ideal candidate will flex schedule to provide services and trainings and ensure clinical staff is providing ethical and best-practices services to individuals and families. Position will participate in marketing, community outreach regarding Early Intervention services

Key Responsibilities

• Direct day to day business operations using excellent leadership skills
• Work cohesively with Regional Director to ensure staff ratios
• Facilitate program development through recruitment, retention, staff training and responsiveness to families
• Ensure observations on clinical staff are conducted for annual evaluations and to maintain fidelity
• Develop and coordinate trainings for staff
• Monitor prior authorization's, billing, and assist corporate office with billing process
• Ensure program compliance using sound business practices
• Collaborate with Clinical Specialist and Office Manger to delegate tasks

Qualifications

• Valid drivers license
• Bachelors Degree in business, leadership or related field
• Five years experience in early intervention
