Position Summary: The E-Commerce Warehouse Team Lead is responsible for the daily handling of E-Commerce product.

Salary: $17.50 Per Hour

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The E-Commerce Warehouse Team Lead responsibilities include the following and other duties as assigned:

  • Oversee and ensure that day-to-day warehouse operations are efficiently and effectively managed.
  • Direct the pulling of all merchandise sold from previous day from shipping pick list.
  • Lead and complete daily warehouse stocking and organization.
  • Maintain compliance with all department, company, state and federal safety regulations to ensure safety and maintain organized listed-merchandise.
  • Perform data entry, analyze inventory, and provide reports to management as needed.

Qualifications/Basic Job Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of warehouse and inventory experience and/or warehouse management experience preferred
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to help get the job done
  • Collaborative approach, asking questions for clarification as needed
  • Demonstrate cultural competence; specifically, awareness, attitude, knowledge, willingness and skills to work effectively with a culturally and demographically diverse population.
  • Exceptional analytical, judgment, decision-making and communications skills.
  • Superior coaching, leadership and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build understanding and consensus.

Supervisory Responsibilities: This position will oversee and support a team of 6-10 employees.

Cultural Competency: Ability to work in a diverse organization. Ability to work on a team and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.

Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret hard data and metrics. Ability to write creatively and articulately with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.

Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, and average. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra when working on spreadsheets.

Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge Microsoft Office products, specifically Word and Excel and PowerPoint.

Other Skills and Abilities: Comprehensive understanding of warehousing management.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Washington State Driver’s License required.

Other Qualifications: Self-motivated; resourceful, creative; high integrity; problem solver; looks to resolve issues; positive can-do approach; and ability to build effective working relationships.

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, talk, walk and reach with hands and arms. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.

Work Environment: The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
