Volt is immediately hiring Document Specialist II in Abbott Park, IL 60064
As a Document Specialist II, you will:
Description.
- Prepares, edits, files, assembles documentation such as reports or technical documents, records, or correspondence.
- Maintains numerical, alphabetical, chronological and/or subject filing system.
- Responsible for file maintenance and record keeping; locates and removes file material upon request.
Manager Note: - Impact assessment while doing change requests.
- Experience with document changes. Experience with Change packages.
- Change management area experience
Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
This is a
Full Time, Contract opportunity.
Pay Rate: $23 - $26.42 per hour.
