Part-time Division Executive Assistant in the Legislative Audit Office.
Job location is 1225 L Street, Downtown
20 hours a week established by the Legislative Auditor
$17.155/hour, up to 12% above hiring rate $19.297/hour depending on experience
Examples of Work
Administrative and secretarial support for the Legislative Audit Office and the Legislative Performance Audit Committee. Duties include but are not limited to: answering phone, retrieving and distributing mail, monitoring office supplies, setting up meetings of the Audit Committee and drafting minutes for Legislative Auditor's review.
Qualifications / Requirements
REQUIREMENTS: Any combination of training and/or experience that will enable the incumbent to possess the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Competent in basic Word and Excel programs. Good at file system organization. Cooperative attitude. Knowledge of the Nebraska Legislature helpful but not required.
