Distribution Associate

On-site: 376 Northlake Blvd. Altamonte Springs, FL 37201

The ideal candidate must reside within 50 miles of Altamonte Springs, FL.

The Distribution Associate is responsible for maintaining incoming stock, preparing out-going stock for shipment, and restocking all packing supplies.

How you will make an impact:

• Match incoming products and quantity received against the packing slip and purchase order. Sign packing slip and make a note of any discrepancy when needed. Once completed, take to manager to receive into inventory.

• Rotate stock of prescription drugs as required.

• Prepare items to be reviewed by assigned personnel. NO EXCEPTONS. EVERY ORDER MUST BE CHECKED AND INITIALED BY THE ASSIGNED PERSONNEL BEFORE IT IS PACKED AND SHIPPED TO THE CUSTOMER.

• Pack items according to instructions during training period. Most products are glass and must be packed to prevent breakage. Some products are temperature sensitive and must be packed to prevent spoilage.

• Prepare shipping labels using the Shipping Manager for our dedicated shipping company (Fed Ex, UPS, etc.).

• Keep track of time and ask for help when needed to ensure all orders are completed before the pickup time assigned by our shipping company (Fed Ex, UPS, etc.).

• Keep the distribution area clean and orderly.

• Deliveries will be required on an as needed basis.

• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Degree or equivalent. • Valid Florida driver's license.

• Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds.
