A role you will love
As a Disbursement Event Specialist, you will bring your passion for client services, product innovation, product quality and program execution to this critical role. This role is responsible for end-to-end quality execution on delivery of client dividend payments to their shareholders. In this role, you will work collaboratively with the Dividend Service Operations Support along with other business units to meet the client's expectations related to Payments.

This is a fulltime role, working Monday - Friday, regular business hours, with some extended hours as needed and room for flexibility. You will also have a chance to interact with your co-workers face-to-face as this position is a hybrid role with in-office opportunities.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering accurate and timely delivery of payments based on Front Office instruction.
- successfully processing the payment with available information and coordination with various dependencies.
- Secure information and project manage delivery.
- Ensures that all tasks related to the payment are properly documented and delivered.
- Ensure quality product delivered.
- Interface with the clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of payment ability to manage multiple project deliverables and ensure SLAs are met.

High school diploma or equivalent.
Comfortable Excel and numerical values.
Preferred
2 plus years of similar work experience Finance background.
