What You Will Be Doing - Serve as a member of the leadership team of the organization, and orchestrate activities with all service areas - both functionally and cross-functionally
- Promote state-of-the-art safe, operational, and branded child care facilities that meet and exceed compliance mandates
- Ensure that all facilities meet all of the environmental health and safety requirements, and that they are in accordance with federal and state child care licensing regulations.
- Plan future developments in line with strategic business objectives; develop a recurring preventive maintenance program and maintain an efficient work order process; provide project management of multiple development projects and oversee the work of contractors
- Make a strategic contribution through operational and administrative enhancements that improve quality, enhance safety and lower costs while maintaining a high level of quality service delivery.
- Oversee IT related matters primarily on maintaining desk support, device management and network connections.
What You Need for this Position - Background in Early Childhood Education and Child Care Facility Operations and/or experience working in a child care environment
- Experience in Facilities and Safety management and the ability to organize and follow up accordingly with tasks with a high degree of accountability.
- Knowledge of: IT/business operation infrastructure, planning and preparing budgets, green and sustainable practices, and analytics and performance metrics.
- Exceptional track record of leadership and project management skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, or related field with 3+ years of progressive responsibilities
- Effectively coordinate activities while overseeing the improvement of management systems and managing special projects and initiatives.
- Resourceful and analytical with exceptional oral and written communication skills

Also: a valid driver's license, Annual Physical exam and TB Clearance, Criminal Background Clearance, Child Abuse Index Clearance, etc.

$70,000 - $120,000 DOE
