About the Job:

• Provide strategic leadership for all fundraising initiatives, including individual and corporate giving, grant management, and event fundraising.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline messaging in support of all fundraising efforts and the organization's mission.
• Prepare solicitation materials and engage staff and Board members to cultivate and steward donors.
• Utilize national network to bring in opportunities for partnership and to work with potential funders.
• Manage the grants pipeline, workflow, and schedules, utilizing program teams to prepare proposals.
• Oversee all aspects of fundraising events and sponsorship programs, developing packages and managing the donor database.

About You:

• 5+ years of hands-on and strategic development experience at a nonprofit; a bachelor's degree is required.
• National nonprofit fundraising experience is required.
• Proficient in Salesforce with strong detail-orientation and project management skills.
• Proven experience developing fundraising programs from scratch and seeing through implementation.
• Ability to set and achieve fundraising goals.
• Mission driven work-ethic.

About the Position

• $130K-$150K (DOE).
• Remote position with an office in DC as needed.
• Quarterly domestic travel.
