Our client within Legal Services is looking for their next HR Assistant to support their Chief of Human Resources and Benefits Officer! We are seeking candidates that are ready to jump start and build their career in the field of Human Resources. Please note this position is Onsite 5 days a week in Voorhees, NJ.

About the Role:

• Perform comprehensive administrative and clerical support tasks for the Human Resources department.
• Manage the review and processing of timecards and employment verifications.
• Establish and maintain personnel and medical files efficiently.
• Assist in generating reports for HR operations and manage marketing and client surveys.
• Provide administrative support to the Chief Human Resources and Benefit Officer.

About You:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a relevant field of Business Administration is mandatory.
• Prior experience in a professional setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost trustworthiness.
