Position Overview:

The Novelis Corporate team is seeking a Digital Solutions Lead - Supply Chain & Operations. The person in this role will report to the Sr. Manager, Digital Solutions Delivery & Integration. The ideal candidate will be accountable to work alongside Operations & Supply Chain team members to design and deliver digital and data solutions.
Responsibilities & Qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Understand strategic objectives and co-ideate how digital and data solutions could advance the function's objectives.
• Prioritization of use cases across regional supply chain teams using standard business case template and coordination with feasibility assessment
• Steering and guidance to the Supply Chain data owners and Digital and Analytics team during development
• Follow-through with on-going value measurement strategy specific to supply chain (i.e., ongoing measurement of inventory scrap)
• Intake and catalog digital and data demands by supporting business case development and prioritizing requests in collaboration with the function and IT BRMs.
• Cross-references data and digital requests within a function to create synergies / remove redundancies
• Design the user experience by working with Operations & Supply Chain owners to ensure the end data or digital solution meets requirements.
• Reviews digital and data functional solution designs (created by Digital Solution Leads) to ensure effectiveness and completeness.
• Advise on the process and/or management routine change impacts based on solution design.
• Collaborates with technical enablement teams (Data Engineering, Data Science & Insights) to deliver solutions
• Support development by owning the communications between the functional owners and technical data/digital delivery teams.
• Collaborates with functional teams to embed and adopt solutions into ways of work
  
• Ensure value creation by maintaining communications with users and monitoring value realized.
• Additional duties, as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 10-12 Years of Business process knowledge in supply chain
• Supply chain ERP implementation knowledge
• Knowledge of supply chain processes for manufacturing companies
• Knowledge of supply chain KPIs
• Experience data analytics on supply chain data
• Business process review

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems or Computer Science
• SAP knowledge for logistics execution for Manufacturing companies
• Power BI
• Basic SQL
