The Digital Product Manager is responsible for creating and implementing digital product roadmaps as part of First Financial's vision to offer clients a seamless experience. You are driven to bring great products to life and are a tireless champion for clients and associates and how they interact with your digital product based on data and analytics. You pay close attention to details (because every pixel counts) and are hands-on through the entire lifecycle of build, launch, and operation for your digital product.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities :

  • Create and deliver digital product roadmap(s) for assigned digital products based on thorough knowledge and use of client and associate needs, analytics / data / insights / customer research, partner capabilities / roadmaps, and Wealth Management's strategy and goals to offer a seamless experience to clients.
  • Lead the creation, documentation, and prioritization of user stories, acceptance criteria, and non-functional requirements to clearly articulate the "why" (not just the "how") that will enable seamless, highly-performant digital products.
  • Set KPIs, objectives, and goals for your digital products and provide regular reporting on actual performance vs. target / plan.
  • Partner with stakeholders across Marketing, Technology, Call Center, and Program Management to develop rollout plans for new digital product capabilities and enhancements that will drive awareness, adoption, and ongoing use by Wealth Management clients and associates.
  • Build implementation plans to deliver digital product roadmaps working with Program Management and ensures the right team is assigned to configure and/or develop, test, deploy, and provide ongoing support to bring new and improved digital experiences to market in a timely manner.
  • Identify and gather the data and research needed to clearly understand Wealth Management client and associate needs and prioritize feature developments and enhancements on your digital product roadmap based on those needs.
  • Work with 3rd party partners as primary day-to-day contact for your digital product to develop and evolve the digital product roadmaps, achieve key milestones for launch of new features and enhancements, and support operational needs and issues.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable policies, regulations, and process a priority to enable great digital client experiences that are secure and build client trust.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Needed to Perform Essential Functions of the Job:
  • Minimum 5 years digital product management experience and/or related work experience including business analyst, program/project management, industrial engineer, strategic planning with proven execution of plans and measurable outcomes.
  • 4+ years building exceptional digital experiences as a Product Manager or 3+ years experience implementing, configuring, or administering salesforce.com in Financial Services, Retail, or Travel using Agile Methodology.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Wealth Management experience / knowledge preferred
  • Strong verbal and communication skills with extensive experience working across multiple stakeholder groups including Marketing, Operations, Call Center, and Technology.
  • Experience using Excel, Tableau, Salesforce, and/or Google Analytics/Adobe Analytics, etc. to source and analyze data for KPIs and regular reporting, answer ad hoc questions, and explore to identify client and associate pain points and needs.
  • Ability to balance execution and delivery with the need to look forward to the next 6, 12, 18, and 24 months (and further).

Preferred Knowledge and Skills:
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator with 3-5 years of Salesforce experience
  • Experience with marketing automation (Eloqua, Marketo, Pardot, Marketing Cloud) and list creation, data extensions, dynamic content and segment groups.
  • Training or certifications in Product Management, Project Management, or Agile.
  • Experience managing day-to-day, 3rd party partner relationship responsibilities to develop, deliver, and maintain digital product experiences.
  • Wealth Management products / services / operations / technology

Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to travel by car to visit First Financial Bank markets and travel by air to attend conferences and vendor site visits
