RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Digital Product Analyst in Orlando, FL.Summary:The Product Analyst participates in the strategic and tactical product lifecycle of high priority company initiatives and the development of new experiences that will not only transform the business, but shape our digital future. The Product Analyst helps define digital product stories used to develop, launch, and enhance products and services that drive our business forward.Responsibilities:

• Communication with stakeholders
• The Product Analyst will manage a regular cadence of meetings with stakeholders, laying out requirements and concerns and managing expectations
• The PA acts as a communications bridge between business stakeholders and technical resources
• The Product Analyst will write detailed requirements for new features, enhancements and defects across multiple websites
• Analyze site performance
• A successful Product Analyst understands complex site analytics and their impact on site performance
• They extract conclusions from metrics and analyze them to make recommendations for improvement (20% time)
• Drive Cross Functional teams
• The Product Analyst is ultimately responsible for the successful implementation of new site features and functions
• This person must work with multiple teams of varied skillsets to ensure each step of the work is executed on schedule

REQUIREMENTS:

• BA/BS Marketing, Business, Computer Science or Engineering
• Technical undergraduate education with business/product management professional experience will be considered
• Preference to MBA and/or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 2 years in business analyst or product within the hospitality, ecommerce, or technology industry
• At least 1 year of experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
• Must have a mastery of Agile scrum product story writing techniques (25% time)
• Interpersonal and non-managerial leadership skills are paramount for this role
