Job Description
An immediate opportunity is available for a Digital Operations Associate to work closely with WNET's digital team to support the smooth, efficient, and results orientated operations of the Digital Department and assist in helping us keep our day - to - day running smoothly so we can better serve our audiences.

Reporting to the Chief Digital Officer, the Digital Operations Associate will help in identifying and mapping key opportunities to increase department efficiency, streamline workflows, and support operational projects and opportunities for expanding multiplatform audiences by providing exceptional digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
* Create and maintain high level roadmap of Digital department's monthly priorities;
* Collaborate with managers to audit workflows and suggest simplifications & automation solutions where applicable;
* Collaborate with managers to develop and implement best practices and evaluate on ongoing basis;
* Own, manage and streamline funnel for incoming project requests;
* Serve as initial point person for user-submitted help requests via apps and member services team;
* Create succinct visual documentation (flow charts, etc) of workflows;
* Manage Basecamp projects & templates (from creation to archive);
* Support managers with new hire onboarding;
* Manage & communicate budget codes internally; serve as department contact for finance team;
* Assist Digital managers in standardizing objectives and key results for large-scale projects;
* Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications include:

* At least two years of experience in a digital support role, managing projects, creating and/or maintaining systems & processes to streamline workflows;
* Proficiency with Microsoft TEAMS;
* Ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders at varying levels of seniority;
* Exceptional organizational skills, multitasking capabilities & attention to detail; able to effectively prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment;
* A collaborative, team-oriented approach.

Candidates with experience working in media and/or with Basecamp (or other project management software) preferred.
