A&C Plastics is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to be a key leader in the growth of our digital footprint, drive overall growth, who will lead, manage, and develop new processes for our company. The Digital Marketing Manager will help to create a best-in-class digital customer experience, responsible for goals, strategy, and build both merchandising and marketing strategies that solve both customer needs and drive revenue.

This person will have experience in data analytics, site merchandising and marketing, content, UX, and web development. You will work cross-functionally to create an experience that elevates the brand and drives engagement and conversion by exceeding the expectations of our consumers. This is a fast-paced, highly visible, hands-on, roll-up-your sleeves type of role reporting into the VP of Sales. The right candidate will be highly entrepreneurial, embrace collaboration, gain a strong understanding of plastic distribution industry, driving the growth of a successful E-Commerce business with a strong trajectory with unlimited possibilities. You will direct, collaborate, and leverage a team of internal colleagues and external agencies to run your business to achieve the E-Commerce brand goals and KPIs.

HOURS: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.

WHAT WINNING LOOKS LIKE:

· Develop strategy and execute campaigns for a growing brand, initiatives and marketing plans including objectives, strategies and tactics through any medium

· Oversees marketing plans inclusive of needs for production, creative, branding, research, events, advertising, media planning and account management

· Collaborate and develop holistic cross-channel marketing strategies with company goals in mind

· Oversee and approve marketing material, from digital, print, partner or cross department elements

· Analyze market data to identify key marketing opportunities including consumer insights, competitive analysis and new audience acquisition

· Drive online revenue by optimizing site experience and enhancing on-site personalization

· Build a forecast for profitable growth and prioritize key features and site functionality, enhancing ROI and NPS

· Define KPIs and set targets that move the team toward success and measure and report on KPIs to the broader organization and senior leadership

· Develop, curate, communicate, and manage product roadmaps and implement strategic initiatives to positively impact KPIs using site analytics

· Manage E-Commerce data platforms and create efficiencies by joining data within our external data structures and developing metric dashboards

· Create and improve customer experience across all device types through testing and learning and deliver best-in-class customer journeys across mobile and desktop

· Analyzing external and internal data, competitive research, research studies and technology innovations to identify gaps and opportunities to shape product vision and drive product direction

· Implement new site functionality and feature initiatives: identify, recommend, and oversee implementation new functionality or solutions to drive conversion

· Manage Marketing & E-Commerce teams and work cross-functionally with Sales to solve customer needs and ensure alignment within our portfolio of products

· Drive SEO to develop and optimize content to improve online visibility and marketing performance while ensuring site content meets brand objectives, customer's expectations, E-Commerce best practices, and SEO requirements

· Engage with other internal business partners on regular basis on business requirements and be able to successfully define and deliver complex projects end-to-end with positive ROI, from business case through deployment, under tight timelines and budgets

SKILLS/ REQUIREMENTS:

· Available to work Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm and overtime as needed

· MUST have 5+ years of Marketing leadership experience

· MUST already hold a degree in Marketing or other related field

· MUST be fluent in English & Spanish

· Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful conclusions from them

· Excellent interpersonal skills

· Detail-oriented

· Ability to adapt to any workload/position and willing to learn

· Experienced with Microsoft Excel (Power Query experience is a plus)

· Database knowledge is a plus

Both drug screen and background check will be conducted.
