RESPONSIBILITIES:

A Kforce client is seeking to hire a Digital Insights and Optimization Manager in Davie, Florida (FL).Responsibilities include:

• Define, execute, promote best practice approaches for interpreting, and communicating insights of online user behavior
• Adhere to and govern security and privacy guidelines in relation to GDPR and related requirements
• Digital Insights and Optimization Manager will derive insights and communicate corresponding narratives around customer behaviors that identify and connect all touchpoints
• Build tracking and reporting capabilities and processes across digital marketing on site/app, and external channels including paid search, paid meta, social, programmatic email, and organic media
• Collaborate with internal teams to create, standardize, interpret and communicate measurement plans, dashboards, reports and visualizations that can used across teams to monitor, inform, and quantify
• Digital Insights and Optimization Manager will differentiate and create first party audiences across campaigns, platforms, brands, and regions in partnership with media, brand, loyalty, field, and regional teams
• Determine, promote and enable objectives, methods and tools for iterative testing, launches and optimization efforts (site/app/digital channels)
• Perform all duties of an insights tool administrator including creating/managing account access, all site tagging and configurations, custom reports, dashboards, and user training
• Digital Insights and Optimization Manager will collaborate with internal teams to plan, execute, evaluate, optimize impactful A/B and multivariate tests from inception to interpretation, and recommendations using statistical models to evaluate outcomes
• Benchmark performance across all online channels and advise on success based on performance analysis

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Math, or Statistics
• 5+ years of demonstrated experience in a digital insights, digital analytics, or data science role
• Understanding and experience with digital marketing strategies including SEO & SEM, personalization, targeting, and segmentation
• Experience with A/B and multivariate testing techniques, best practices and tools (i.e., Optimizely, Adobe Target)
• Extensive experience with digital marketing, analytics tools, testing tools, relational data structures, CRM and marketing automation systems (Salesforce, Google Marketing Platform 360)
• Expertise in Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager, or similar (Adobe, Tealium)
• Solid understanding of data layer concepts, data modeling and governance, digital analytics implementation, and event handling methods
• Understanding of JS, jQuery, Regular Expressions, and/or HTML CSS selectors
• Hands-on experience with one or more debugging tools like Google Tag Assistant, HTTP Watch, WASP, and Observe Point - with understanding on how to inspect page elements, and perform root cause analysis
• Naturally curious with a passion for understanding consumer behavior and trends in both the digital space and in relation to the broader scope of business
• Experience with data visualization tools: Tableau, Google Data Studio
• Experience with DSPs, GCM, intent platforms, CDPs, etc.
• Working knowledge of web and mobile app design principles, best practices, content management platforms (i.e., Sitecore)
• Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Adobe Creative Cloud, Jira, and Confluence knowledge
• Robust analytical and excel skills; Familiarity with SQL and tableau is a plus
