Creates, plans, and executes design and layout for social media on behalf of ADP RPO Brand Activation clients.
- Develops and implements targeted content for various social media platforms.
- Creates, coordinates and schedules social posts from content calendars in partnership with Brand Activation Program Manager and designer.
- Research, write, proofread and edit all social media content.
- Implements and manages all social media campaigns on behalf of RPO clients.
- Monitors online and offline campaigns for effectiveness, facilitates comment responses and reports on results.
- Ensures that key messages align with client strategies and brand.
- Manages online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement.
Requirements:
- Intermediate to advanced expertise in social media -- primarily Facebook
- Knowledge of Hootsuite, Sprouts or other social media scheduling tool
- Understanding of Employer Branding and recruitment marketing - specifically aligned to social media
