Basic Job Function: This position exists to monitor product performance, provide customer support, and function as subject matter expert supporting verification and validation work related to the InsurQuote product.

Accountabilities -

Monitor day-to-day operations of product(s). Respond to and resolve issues. Manage the ongoing verification and validation of InsurQuote product and internal systems and processes Evaluate new functionality that should be applied to existing products.

Qualifications:

1. BA/BS or equivalent.

2. Knowledge of product development and evaluation processes.

3. Strong oral and written communications skills

4. Solid understanding of product quality control responsibilities.

5. Broad knowledge of the insurance industry.

6. Demonstrated expertise with problem analysis and solving.

7. Ability to achieve and maintain positive rapport with diverse customers to give them high quality, responsive service.

8. Ability to work independently while keeping management appropriately informed.
