Job Duties:

• Create focused data analytics and automation activities for the Internal Audit team, with accountability for the planning, alignment, execution and reporting of this testing.
• Meet and align with the Audit Services Managers and auditors during planning and continuously throughout the audit to understand and assist in the creation and execution of analytics to assist the audit. Align with these parties on an approach for data analytics and automation to be implemented in the testing plan.
• Develop analytics and automation solutions to manually intensive audit testing areas to reduce hours required to test controls identified in planning.
• Analyze, observe, and document business processes to understand the steps, data, applications, tools, and technologies used to complete business transactions and controls. Identify manual, value-added steps throughout these processes for potential automation opportunities.

Requirements:

• Minimum Education Requirements & Years of Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Professional Certificate in Data Analytics; plus 3 years of prior audit experience in public accounting or industry experience in data analytics tools.
