Meta is seeking to fill a full-time position of Data Analyst for Infrastructure Accounting. As a key member of the Infrastructure Accounting Analytics Team, you will be responsible for supporting the team's efforts to unlock a growing volume of data, tell meaningful stories, and simplify processes through scalable business intelligence solutions and analytical outputs. You will be a part of the infrastructure accounting team, while aligning efforts with a highly diverse cross functional team across global finance teams and business partners across the company. The successful candidate will be nimble and dynamic, with strong problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills, while being able to leverage technical and leadership skills to own projects from planning through delivery.

<ul><li>Apply expertise in quantitative analysis, and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers and help inform our team leaders.</li><li>Leverage technical skills to deliver impactful solutions across a wide variety of complex analytical and business intelligence problems.</li><li>Continue to build functional knowledge of infrastructure accounting at meta while leveraging a growing number of technical tools into your deliverables.</li><li>Communicate with key stakeholders throughout the planning, execution, and delivery of each project.</li><li>Document and maintain deliverables over time to ensure scalability as the business continues to grow.</li><li>Work with enterprise engineering partners to fill data gaps and address data discrepancies, while occasionally stepping in to address those deficiencies when necessary.</li><li>Communicate technical solutions with a wide array of audiences at multiple levels, while providing mentorship and technical development of team members when necessary.</li><li>Be the subject matter expert on the data used to build your solutions and enable your deliverables.</li><li>Coordinate and support special projects as needed.</li><li>Demonstrate an ability to improvise and adapt quickly, while ruthlessly prioritizing.</li><li>Leverage tools, such as SQL, Tableau, and our internal data modeling and analysis tools.</li><li>Mentor team members on analytical tools and techniques to enable a more data driven organization.</li></ul>

<ul><li>BA/BS in a field that emphasizes analyzing, displaying, or reporting on data (e.g., computer science, math, engineering, economics, statistics, psychology), or equivalent work experience</li><li>3+ years experience in a quantitative analytics role and collecting and organizing complex data</li><li>Experience reporting on data/statistical analysis, communicating the results of analysis</li><li>Experience initiating and driving projects to completion</li><li>Demonstrated experience with analysis and problem solving</li></ul>

<ul><li>Experience analyzing and documenting business processes</li><li>Great teamwork and collaboration skills</li><li>Proven attention to detail and organization skills</li><li>Experience driving change and improve the end-to-end process</li><li>Proven experience to troubleshoot problems and develop solutions</li><li>Experience working both in a team environment and on your own as required</li><li>Familiarity with accounting concepts</li></ul>
