Description: Our client is currently seeking a Data Analyst (Excel)
Hybrid to Glenview, IL
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing change survey data for 1,100 employees with qualitative and quantitative data point
- Working with large HR data sets that have employee roles and job functions pivoted against different types of systems access to create spreadsheets defining who should be included in what training
- Building, managing, and training others on deployment reports that track engagement and training from a variety of data sources (example attached, has been wiped for an sensitive info)
- Highly Proficient in Excel
- Ability to commute to role's location
