RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Bedminster, NJ that is seeking a Data Analyst.Summary:Systems Analysts (SA) serve as a subject matter expert in understanding the business problems the e Agile Team will need to solve. In addition to understanding business requirements and owning the analysis and technical stories, SA's work with the Architect to understand and review the technical design and architecture of the data and reporting solution.Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the system requirements, data requirements and interface agreement; Supports driving the design with the architect, scope implementation and testing in short agile release cycles for Development, QA and Deployment teams
• Work with Scrum Master, Project, and Technical Management team to Schedule, Execute and Update the Sprint Plan
• Participate in Agile Ceremonies (Daily Standups, PI/Sprint Planning, etc.) and Do Your Part to Maintain the Agile Tracking System (e.g. JIRA/Rally)

REQUIREMENTS:

• BS degree or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst/Architect/Software Engineer
• 2+ years of experience working with the front end/business users
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Familiar with data visualization/Business Intelligence tools
• Experience in working in an Agile or Project Management Tracking Tool such as JIRA/Rally
• Working knowledge of Agile Development
• Good understanding of databases and datawarehouse tools
• Helpful if candidate has coded in a programming or SQL Language
• Self-directed/knows when to ask for help and requires minimum supervisior
