About the Role
Customer Support Specialist II is a key contributor to our operations division. The primary responsibility is to ensure that customer shipments are delivered on time, provide daily interaction and develop relationships with customers and carriers. This position will work onsite at our Uber Freight Rogers, AR Center of Excellence and interviews will be conducted at this location. This positions follows a hybrid schedule (2 days from home & 3 days from office).
