Intelligent, energetic and professional individual with superior customer service skills needed to join the Boston team of a rapidly growing ecommerce company! As the Client Services Associate, you will be responsible for acting as a helpful resource for customers via in-bound and outbound phone and e-mail correspondence; responding to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner; effectively resolving complex issues; qualify leads for follow up; and handling additional account management duties as needed. The qualified Client Services Associate must have a Bachelor's degree; superior communication, interpersonal and organizational skills; thorough knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel; superior problem solving skills and great attention to detail; and you must be enthusiastic, bright and willing to learn new responsibilities. Ideal candidates are motivated, polished and flexible, and are looking for an incredible growth opportunity within a fast-paced, collaborative team environment!
