(Contingent upon available funding): 13.50 - 17.25, Hourly Work Schedule: Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm Faculty Appt Period: Job Summary: Provide general telephone traffic management in a call center environment. Assist Communications Consultants. Provide general clerical functions. Special Instructions to Applicants Please attach resume, cover letter and list of references. Education & Experience Position Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

High School/GED

Customer service experience. Good computer and phone skills also a must.

Preferred Qualifications:

Four years experience in Telecommunications. OSU Leadership Development (LDP) Training

Intermediate Microsoft Office courses
