Our client in Vista, CA is looking to expand their team with a temp to hire CSR.

- Handle incoming calls & customer requests

- Respond promptly to emails

- Perform expediting activities and follow ups with suppliers regarding drop ship orders

- Communicates with customers around delivery times

- Processes necessary shipping documents for customer orders

- Data entry for various areas of procurement, sales, manufacturing, and quality activities

- Keep delivery dates and pricing info accurate for internal customers

- Use ERP system to search data and perform analysis

- Support with other administrative duties, as necessary

- Software- Teams, Outlook
