Summary/ Objective
The Customer Service Representative (C.S.R.) is responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of C.H.I. products and programs and communicating effectively with team members within the customer service department. Additionally, the C.S.R. will provide technical support to our dealers for various garage door product line components. This includes assisting with issues via telephone and email of moderate difficulty and troubleshooting while focusing on providing exceptional customer support.
