Required Qualifications: Applicants must specifically address how they meet these required qualifications to meet the requirements of the position.:The Facilities Maintenance Crew Supervisor is responsible for supervising and supporting the Head Facilities Maintenance Worker and their teams with planning, organizing, directing, and overseeing the maintenance and repair of electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), carpentry, painting, and other building systems. They will be responsible for the administrative documentation of the day-to-day operations, performance management of their team, and providing feedback to DHRL leadership teams. The supervisor ensures that all the residents are provided a comfortable living environment in the residence halls. This position is part of the Housing Facilities Service leadership team and offers quality customer service to students, staff, and guests. The Supervisor will have oversight of three Head Facilities Maintenance Workers and will indirectly support the in-hall maintenance staff. The position students, staff, and guests quality customer service will also be responsible for quality control of the resident halls assigned to their team. This position will report to the Assistant Director of Maintenance Operations.
